There are limited parking possibilities for our guests - 3 parking lots in front of the house and one dedicated parking lot 200 m from house. If all the parking lots are occupied there are several parking places on the street, in front of the museum and there is a paid parking by Toscana Therme or across the park.
You can use our extra parking lot Nr 18. beside Toscana Therme with Name Dr. Bastl - here is video guide : https://youtu.be/qKou8b8lMtc
Please park the cars so that the car for loading/unloading can stand in the middle in front of the stairs (please leave a gap of approx.6m) and the trashbins can stand on the right in front of the green gate (1,5m) and there is a space on the left in front of the brown gate for taking bikes from bike room (1m)
You can open the main door with code and your apartment with NUKI Pin Code
Enter your NUKI PIN in the black keypad next to the apartment door.
After entering the PIN you will hear the noise - after about 5-7 seconds the apartment will be open, you can open the door.
When leaving the apartment, please close the apartment with the triangle symbol or enter the Nuki PIN again.
Check In from 15:00 Check Out till 10:00
It is possible to store the luggage before check-in and after check-out,
There is a 2kw hot fan heater in the bathroom if you need it.
Please notice that the parties are not allowed and we kindly ask you to respect quiet hours 22:00-7:00
We kindly ask you before you leave your apartment to separate your trash and put it in the trash cans (behind the green gate to the right of the house)
